About Chef Undiarto

Born in Bali and raised around hospitality through his family’s restaurant business, Jeffry moved to Los Angeles in 2005 and worked his way through every level of the restaurant industry, from kitchens to front-of-house leadership.

His background includes training in sushi, Japanese cuisine, sake & wine programs at some of Los Angeles’ most respected restaurants, eventually becoming General Manager & Beverage Director at n/naka.
